Fandango was chosen to launch AstraZeneca's integrated marketing campaign, "Everyday Kidz." The community outreach program, which worked in tandem with a new website, raising awareness of pediatric asthma and its management.
The Asthma Action Tour created an interactive consumer experience featuring a custom designed tour bus, screening booths, children's activity areas, and information and registration tables. The bus' interior was outfitted with trigger-free materials, featuring a play area, multi-media capabilities, and meeting spaces for the press and medical community.
Fandango recruited, trained, and managed tour staffing for each city in the nation-wide tour. Our staff was on-site for every event, directing street teams, and ensuring optimal positioning at each venue.
Feedback mechanisms were fine-tuned throughout the process to guarantee that the results met the program objectives.
